Summer Time Out

Greta may be a 'cone-head' but she still loves the golf cart.

We got a little get-away at Joel and Christina's cabin.

The beauty of this place is beyond words.
There are several lakes, fishing and places to walk or hike.

It was Savannah's pick for a place to go and she got to
take a friend, Katherine.

Hannah gathered wild flowers and had a ball.

The ducks were fun to watch as they did their own fishing.

This was a first for Greta. She loved every new adventure.

She even learned she likes the water and how to retrieve sticks.

Savannah and Katherine became good canoers.

They took walks and long hikes every day.

This is as far as I got, so they are saying goodbye
and going to the top of the mountain.

We had an extra bonus, Joel came and stayed with us.
He did his 'catch and release' fly fishing thing.
It was very-very impressive.
No, it isn't dead. Just posing for a picture before returning
to the lake and swiming off.

Joel and I went off on a little excursion to take pictures.

It is magnificent country.

These two butterflies sharing the nector of a flower
was my favorite photo.

But as not to be outdone this fly decided he needed
his picture taken also.
